When can I get on the Schedule?

Scheduling usually begins when the products with the longest lead time are ready. A start date for any given project can usually be within 1 week from when we contact you to schedule your project start date. 

What's the lead time?

Lead-times will vary depending upon the service and products you are receiving. Your project manager can help you with assessing your specific lead-time.

Do I need to get a Permit?

Carolina Cabinet Company complies with all OSHA regulations and local building codes, and we take care of that for you on an as needed basis. Inspection's will occur through your local town or county if your job needs a permit.

Will you help me pick selections?

If you are having trouble deciding, we will certainly help pick and match different selection options. It is always best to pick some inspiration photos, but our project managers have access to hundreds as well.

Who do I contact for warranty?

We are always available to field questions about warranty. If you have an issue that falls under a manufacture warranty, the manufacture will need submittals in order to approve.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, our showroom is located in Apex, NC and consists of our cabinetry offerings as well as many of our standard selection options. If you need to have more options all of our vendors are local. 

Are your designers experienced?

Our designers have been drawing cabinetry and homes for a combined 15 years. Our team has drawn hundreds of plans for approval by our 3rd party engineers. All plans effecting the structure of your property will be approved by your local inspection agency.

How long will my project last?

Depending upon the complexity and service a project can last anywhere from a day for cabinet installs only, to one month for a kitchen remodel, or even a couple months for an extensive remodel. Your project manager can provide a timeline.

Do you take Credit Cards?

We do accept all major credits cards. This process is accomplished through a secure online QuickBooks service. Additional credit card processing fees may apply.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, all of our work comes with workmanship warranty of 1 year. Along with all applicable manufacture's warranties, documentation for manufactures warranties is available upon request.

Will you move my furniture?

Yes, we will move furniture if requested before contract execution, or if it is certainly obvious it will need moved. It is always best to hire a professional if you otherwise want it moved for peace of mind. We will not however remove or move personal items.

Will there be dust?

Yes, no matter what the project consists of their will be dust. We give our clients the option of dust protection, which consists of plastic barriers and air filtration systems in the area of where work is to be performed, dust protection remains throughout the duration of the project.
